Charleston, SC (July 20th, 2019) – Over the weekend The Landing at St. Johns Yacht Harbor and local real estate firm Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty hosted a Day of Luxury at the new high-end condominium project on the Stono River.
The Day of Luxury at The Landing was held in partnership with Luxury Home Magazine and welcomed tours of the site, sales center, with live jazz music by Todd Beals and champagne in the Captain’s Lounge. The event also featured the Lamborghini Urus and Haracan available for test driving courtesy of Lamborghini Charlotte, tours of two new Galeon yachts provided by Marine Max of Charleston.
The event delivered on its promise to showcase several well-known brands in the luxury space, as well as the new high-end condo development. Guests and clients were treated to an extensive tour of The Landing Sales Center, dock facilities, and high-end amenities, like the Captain's Lounge where jazz music and sparkling wine was provided. Several vendors kept the attendees hydrated and well fed, including wood fired pizza by First Name Basis and fresh gelato by Oh So Gelato. The only downside was the heat, with temperatures in the mid-nineties, but participants stuck around for several hours to marvel at the luxury vehicles and yachts, sip cool drinks, and take in all that the new development will have to offer.
“If you are looking to own a new luxury waterfront condominium in a location central to downtown Charleston, Kiawah, and two airports, then this is your opportunity” says Dan Ravenel, President and CEO of Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty.
Ravenel points out that The Landing at St. Johns Yacht Harbor provides an opportunity to own the future, as these residences can be purchased in advance and customized by the buyer. Introductory pricing for Building One is starting at $925,000 with a $15,000 buyer incentive towards the purchase of a boat slip with a condominium. Boat slips for condo purchasers range from 30' to 78' with prices for wet slips starting at $38,000 and lift slips starting at $75,000 before incentives. The project has broken ground and site work is currently underway. The first building is slated for an October 2020 completion date.
Ravenel continues, “This project will establish a new level for waterfront living in the Lowcountry with quick access by boat or car to downtown Charleston, area beaches, waterfront dining, and award-winning golf courses. We also anticipate that downsizing empty-nesters, second-home buyers and international investors will gravitate toward The Landing at St. Johns Yacht Harbor. The Landing will also offer an alternative to Kiawah and Seabrook for owners who may want a luxury waterfront experience closer to Charleston.”
